Billing questions
Good to know.
Is a Test Pass a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase that gives you full access for 120 days, enough to prepare and sit the test. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Can I switch tests later?
A Test Pass covers one test. If you are taking more than one, All Tests covers all ten for $69. Already bought one test and need another? Email support@toolboxprep.com and we will sort it out.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Details in the refund policy.
What if I don't pass my test?
Then your access is extended by 120 days at no charge. Email support@toolboxprep.com within 30 days of your result with a copy of your score report and we add the time, so you can prepare for the retest (ASE makes you wait 30 days). Details in the pass guarantee.
Is there a school or group rate?
Yes. Automotive programs, instructors and shops can get group pricing. Reach out through the contact page.
Is ToolboxPrep affiliated with ASE?
ToolboxPrep is an independent study site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ASE (the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence). Our questions are original practice questions written to the published ASE test specifications; they are not actual test questions.
