We want you to feel confident buying ToolboxPrep. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how the pass guarantee works. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

If ToolboxPrep isn't the right fit, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to a first purchase of each plan.
02How to request a refund
Email support@toolboxprep.com from the email address on your account, or use our contact page and choose "Payment or billing". Tell us which plan you bought. We'll confirm and process it.
03After the 7 days
Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the 7 days have passed. If something has gone wrong, for example you were charged twice or couldn't get into what you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right.
04How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe, in US dollars. They typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. When we refund a purchase, the paid access it gave ends.
05Fair use
The guarantee is for genuine customers deciding whether ToolboxPrep works for them. We may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or where our content has been copied or redistributed.
06Pass guarantee
If you take an ASE certification test that your plan covers and don't pass, we add 120 days to your access at no charge, so you can prepare for the retest.
To claim it, email support@toolboxprep.com from the email address on your account within 30 days of your score report, and attach your ASE score report for that test (a screenshot or photo is fine). The test must have been taken while your access was active. One free extension per purchase.
This is an extension of access, not a refund; the 7-day money-back guarantee above is separate. It is also not a promise that you will pass. Nobody can honestly promise that, and our Terms of Service say so.
